New Deal
The programme is aimed at assisting adults return to the labour market. We provide training opportunities and workplacements across a wide range of areas and organisations. We are flexible in our delivery of this provision in order to match to individual’s requirements. We provide learning in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Training for Success
Training young adults in the skills necessary to move into employment, such as communication, essential skills, personal development, job preparation, career planning etc. We create individual learning plans to address participant’s specific needs. Young people are entitled to receive an allowance per week whilst on this programme. We aim to provide the tools that young people need to find employment and build their career.
Lone Parents Training
This programme offers financial support in terms of childcare and travel and free training course for participants undertaking a range of relevant accredited qualifications.
