We support and encourage young people to develop enthusiasm and drive to achieve the right competencies such as communication skills, commitment to work. We motivate them to acquire a positive attitude for the workplace and to embrace aspirations for their future.

Periods of work sampling and work placements are organised for programme participants. Placements are seen as an exciting and valuable opportunity to learn from practical experience in order to boost work readiness and employability of young people. Programme participants take part in courses and gain qualifications in vocational-skills which are relevant to the world of work and meet employers’ skills needs.
